CommQuoteTM covers six basic commercial building types and develops a quotation based on square footage, number of stories, building usage, age, number and type of units, and consultants required. A proposal in Microsoft Word is then created through Word merge in single- or multi-page format, offering a menu of services for the client to consider and authorize. An information sheet is created for your reference. Later, when preparing to write your report, CommquoteTM once again merged with Word, provides the basis for your report template.
